Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Philadelphiaintelligence Pest Control to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Philadelphiaintelligence Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They own their estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. But know our limits. Philadelphiaintelligence Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Ohio.

How to File

Email contact@philadelphiaintelligence.living. Include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

Reply and ask us to look again. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
